| The lodge is located 120 km south of Whitehorse on the Teslin River and can easily be reached by car or floatplane. Offering the ultimate wilderness nature experience, guests can learn how to pan for gold, explore the area by ATV, encounter moose along the shoreline while on a hike, explore the area by canoe, mountain bike, or fish in the crystal clear waters of Teslin River. The fish can be smoked right on the spot at the smokehouse. It will be prepared either directly as culinary experience or vacuum packed to take home. The guest rooms are especially oriented to face the northern skies to be able to observe the magnificent display of the Aurora Borealis and the soothing river views. Each suite has its own in-room Jacuzzi as well as Italian tiled bathrooms with separate showers. Sauna lovers will find relaxation and charm in the pioneer style log sauna and the rugged wood fired bathtub under the Northern Lights is the ultimate. Delicious gourmet meals are served family-style in the dining room. |
