| The newly constructed lodge is located in the heart of the pristine Dyea Valley. Located just 8.5 miles from Skagway and .5 mile from the head of the Chilkoot Trail, our guests will enjoy the most beautiful panoramic views of Face Mountain, Long Bay and the ocean water of the Lynn Fjord. The lodge features three deluxe suites with a separate bedroom, sitting room, a double futon and private bath. In additional we feature eight high quality, hand crafted cabins with a pleasant touch of luxury in a quiet and comfortable natural setting. All cabins are equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker and feature a private deck with a hand-crafted log swing. These cabins are made of Sitka Spruce taken from the Chilkat Valley about 20 miles Southwest of here. Two cabins are duplex style with private baths. Two additional cabins have open floor plans. One cabin has been designed for physically challenged guests. A hearty breakfast buffet is served in the main lodge and included in your stay. An enclosed hand-crafted gazebo equipped with a commercial BBQ, sink with hot and cold running water and seating is available to guests. Located between the gazebo and waterfall is our popular evening campfire pit which is a favorite activity in the evening. We also have bicycles available for guests use. |
